Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s stone
By: J.K. Rowling
In the beginning of the book
Harry Potter is with his Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, and
his very plump cousin Dudley, because Harrys parents, James and Lily Potter are dead. One day Harry gets a letter from Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but Harry does not know that. When Harrys Aunt and Uncle don’t let him read the letter, copy’s of the letter start coming out of EVERYTHING! The letter says “We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry”. When Harry gets to Hogwarts he, Ron, and Hermione find out about the sorcerer’s stone, but someone is trying to steal it for their master he-who-must-not-be-named. Will Harry and his friends solve the mystery and save Hogwarts? Read the book to find out.
My favorite part was when Harry and Ron meet Hermione
because Hermione is sort of a showoff, at that time.
I would recommend this book
to people who like magic, fantasy, and fun!
