Matthew D.

                November 13, 2012
Dear Mrs. McBride,

I’m concerned that some of the P.E equipment is made of metal or a hard material so kids get hurt a lot. Kids will keep on getting hurt because of the metal, hard plastic, and other hard materials such as gator balls.
We could also get new equipment to play more games because some are old and very hard like the fastest tag in the west. We need to buy items that are made of softer plastic material and foam balls.
If we had softer equipment we could play more tournaments like baseball, softball, kickball, and tennis or dodge ball. I think that because we only played volley ball and flag football in PE right now.
The school could have a fundraiser to buy more equipment by getting money. Or we could have another fun run to raise money.
Thanks for reading this letter I really don’t want to lose another privilege about any game from an injury someone else caused. I think it is important that we have safe equipment to use.

Sincerely,
Matthew Dorang
